Well where do we begin?

In 2004 a life changing trip called Parenthood began for me.

During this journey I experienced the need to get out my sewing machine to ‘whip-up’ some key essentials that I found difficult to buy. After discussion of these items with other parents came the discovery of an opportunity to develop a clothing range that met requirements that were currently lacking in the market. Parents wanted clothes that fitted well, are easy to look after, priced competitively and good looking to boot!

After months of deliberation and juggling a second child, I decided it was crazy not to act on gut instincts! Having an extensive background in clothing design and garment construction and having valuable input from fellow ‘mums’ I knew what needed to be done.

A year later after the initial “lets do it” Pipi Child is here to bring you the quality and affordability that children’s clothing should be. This is the start of a clothing empire (never thinking small!!) and we look forward to expanding our Merino collection and to bringing an excellent quality cotton range over the next year.
