Placing Orders

Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order with Pipi Child, you will receive an email or phone call within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) confirming receipt of your order.

Internet Banking
Our Internet Banking Account Details are Westpac Bank Account 03 0195 0495292 00, please include your name and phone number as references.

Credit Card
Please use the secure Paymate option.

Currency
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include G.S.T.

Delivery
For all purchases within New Zealand there is a set standard charge of $5.00 per order. Delivery is by courier (Please note: Rural Delivery is by NZ Post) Australia Delivery charge is $10.00                                                       Overseas Delivery charge is $15.00.
Delivery is usually within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment.

Returns
We guarantee our garments and check them thoroughly before we send them out. However if by some chance you are not completely satisfied with any product please return it to us, in original condition, within 30 days and we will replace or refund your purchase.

Colour and Appearance
Due to varying screen settings the colour of the Pipi Child clothing you order may differ slightly from the colour swatches provided.

Privacy Policy
Pipi Child treat your private information, like email, name, phone number, postal address, etc with the utmost respect. We will not make these details available to other parties.

Occasionally we may contact you to offer other products or services that we feel may interest you. Should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld

Promotional Codes and Coupons can be entered into box during checkout. Promotional Codes do not apply to Clearance items.


Pipi Child Merino
Merino is a unique totally natural wool fibre as it has the ability to regulate body temperature, absorbing and releasing moisture, cooling when hot and warming when cold, this creates a perfect microclimate around your Childs’ body – especially important for babies who have fragile temperature mechanisms. Merino is very stretchy and has a soft silky feel, making it non-irritating against delicate skin and comfortable to wear.

Caring for our Merino
Please check the washing instructions as some garments need special care.

DO's
Use a detergent specially formulated for wool fabrics.
Always use a cool water
Always wash colours separately.
Lay the garment flat in the shade to dry or use a cool dryer setting.
Use a mild soap for removing stains.

DON’T's
Never use bleach or whiteners
Do not soak or wash using laundry powders
Hot water or warm dryer setting will shrink and felt merino.
